BRAND VAN EGMONDⓇ was founded in 1989 by two independent artists, William Brand and Annet van Egmond, with the sole intention of creating art without constraints.

Their very first design, the ‘Chandelier’, became an instant hit in 1989 and propelled them into the scene. By now BRAND VAN EGMOND design travels from their headquarters in The Netherlands to all corners of the world: from New York to Moscow, and from Beirut to Tokyo.

Numerous hotel chains, including the Four Seasons, the W Hotels, and Okura have their signature handmade lighting sculptures in their lobbies, as well as spas and Royal suites, brands like Louis Vuitton, Chopard, and Neuhaus have invited BRAND VAN EGMOND to create the very best lighting objects for their retail spaces.
